After the scheduled pickup date and time, items will be considered abandoned. Bring labor for pick-up as well as boxes/containers and packaging if necessary.

If you choose cash payment at pick up 3% will be deducted from your total. If you do not receive an invoice by 8:00am of the next day please contact Cindi 614-205-2738. We will collect payment at the time of pick-up and any credit card fees will be added at that time. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ITEMS IN FULL AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
The online auction closes 1 item every 1 min.. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction. If an item receives a bid within 3 minutes of ending the item will be extended 5 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the "REFRESH" button to know the time remaining on any items. PLEASE DON’T MISS OUT ON YOUR FAVORITE ITEMS.
The closing time of an item/lot is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the item’s closing time. Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction --- starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.
Winning Bidder Notification:
You will be contacted by email ONLY. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email you must notify us by email or call 614-205-2738 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if an item is not available for pickup or is missing, the buyer must, notify our on-site staff. The Auctioneer will make the necessary adjustments prior to you leaving the pickup location. After 24 hours of the actual pickup ending time, the Auctioneer and buyer agrees that no adjustment or refund will be made.
Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions and review photos for condition. YOU ARE PURCHASING THE DESCRIBED ITEM(S). You are bidding on the described item, unless otherwise described, not the photo. If the wrong photo is displayed, use the description as your guide. Always read the item description and call or email with any questions. BUT ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON BEFORE BIDDING!
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD:
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS”, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item, without any implied or expressed warranty. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. If you are not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item not the photo and previews are encouraged.
Bidders are responsible for their own removal/pickup. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt. Please make sure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt(s) at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid receipt.
IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.
We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, please be sure that you want and get the item(s) on which you bid because ALL bids are final. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly and PLEASE PREVIEW ALL ITEMS WHEN IN DOUBT.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. Split or combined lots. Add minimum bids or reserve prices. Cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Franklin County Ohio. Liability: Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.
Individual auctions will have applicable terms and conditions that apply to that auction. All individual terms and conditions supersede “General” terms and conditions. Therefore all general terms and conditions apply unless the “individual” terms and condition conflict, in which case the individual terms and conditions apply. Final terms and conditions cannot be altered except in writing by the Auctioneer. BY REGISTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH.
